RSI manages 17 terminals that handle products ranging from bulk food to hazardous chemicals — efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. RSI’s Safety Management Program is an integrated program that delivers the policies and procedures for all areas of operations including training, quality assurance, and Health, Safety, and Environment.
RSI utilizes the latest technologies at our facilities in order to provide our customers with cost effective solutions to their transloading needs. Each terminal is fully prepared and equipped to handle the individual requirements of each customer including materials and inventory management, railcar inspections, and other supply chain functions.

RSI is an independent operator of bulk rail facilities for railroads and private companies. For 23 years we’ve partnered with Class I and regional lines to deliver supply chain solutions that provide efficiencies and savings to their customers. RSI is experienced with handling a broad range of bulk commodities including hazardous, non-hazardous, and food grade. RSI also assists with the design and implementation of new terminals, particularly those requiring fast startup and relatively low capital expenditure.
