Railroad Fuel Surcharge Changes

CSXT announced last July that they were going to re-baseline their mileage based fuel surcharge (Tariff 8661) with a new tariff (8662) effective Jan. 1, 2015. Union Pacific Empty Shop Provision (Tariff: UP 6004 Item 55)

Historically, railroads do not charge for the movement of empty tank cars.
