Due to the recent flooding in Iowa, the Union Pacific Railroad has issued an Embargo. All industries must request a Permit Number from the UP on any shipments billed on 6/13/08 or after. You must then furnish that Permit Number to Customer Service prior to releasing the car from your industry.
