RSI Logistics, Inc. - Industry Update

Effective April 1, 2008, CN is implementing a new mileage-based fuel surcharge option called CN 7403. This will replace the $1.25 HDF baseline in CN 7402, with a $2.30 HDF baseline.

This option will be available to customers upon expiration of existing agreements. All public prices will be converted to CN 7403 on April 1, 2008.
